Moments ago Dean Hachamovitch, general manager of Internet Explorer, just announced the availability of the final version at the MIX 09 Day 2 keynote session. Unfortunately there is no version for Windows 7 being released today. No noticeable changes as of yet, as this release focuses on the core features and functionality of Internet Explorer 8. Upon installation I can say that the final version is a lot more stable than the Release Candidate that was released a few months ago.
